Description: Interested in getting into woodworking? Looking for a fun quick build? This one-session workshop will teach you how to build a wooden mallet using traditional and modern techniques to shape, smooth, and affix the head to the handle. You'll learn tips and tricks to make working with wood easier, come away with a custom-made tool, and have fun while you're doing it!

If you're looking to take it a step farther, you can join us for one or both of the next two One-Off Wednesdays to make a leather head or handle-wrap for your mallet, and/or laser engrave a design on it!
