Tynkertopia Open Houses

Tynkertopia is hosting Open Houses both Saturdays of the 2022 Festival of Science. Visit our facility at 3330 E Eldren Drive, Flagstaff, AZ 86004 any time between 3 PM and 5 PM on September 23 or between 10 AM and 4 PM on September 30.

Learn how we invite curiosity, inspire wonder, encourage playfulness, and celebrate unique solutions. Learn about our classes, clubs, camps, drop-in options, STEAM-themed birthday parties, and more.

Geocaching at Tynkertopia

Tynkertopia invites your family to experience geocaching at Tynkertopia on Sunday, September 24! Use your smartphones to locate hidden containers called geocaches. Each cache will contain a STEAM challenge. The final cache will contain a small prize for each family that locates all the caches. Start times from 9 until 11:45 AM on Sunday, September 25 and from 10 AM until 3:45 PM. Click HERE to register for this event. 

Build-A-Bot Workshop

Come to Flagstaff’s STEAM Community Center, and engage in the Engineering Design Process (Ask, Imagine, Plan, Create, Improve). Create a Bot using a wide variety of recycled materials. Ages 2 – 102! Designing your OWN Bot is fun, creative, purposeful, and mindful at the same time! Tuesday through Thursday from 3:30 – 5:30 PM, September 26, 27, and 28. All materials provided by Tynkertopia.
